Orders
Cakes, cupcakes, dessert cups and macarons
​
We prefer at least 1 week notice for cakes, cupcakes, dessert cups and macarons orders. You can order via email info@mespetitscupcakes.com.au . We will reply within 48 hours. For urgent orders, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your order if possible.

Do not forget to provide us your contact number, the amount of cupcakes you require such as flavours, cupcake designs, a description or a photo of your custom cake design and the date/time for pick up or delivery. For delivery, please provide a delivery address. We will give you a quote as soon as we can.

Chocolate, Cookies, Gift Boxes

Payment
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your event date. We will not start an order or deliver any cakes, cupcakes and any other items on our website without full payment.

We accept credit card, bank deposit or cash.
​
Cancellations and Refund Policy
​
All requests to cancel or change the design of your cupcakes, cakes, macarons, cookies, and all other items need to be in writing.
For cancellations more than 7 days of pick up/delivery date, all payment will be transferred as a store credit for 12 months.
For cancellations less than 7 days of pick up/delivery date, no refund will be issued.
Please contact us for urgent queries. Refunds will be at the discretion of Mes Petits Cupcakes.

Delivery and Pick Up
​
We mainly service the Eastern Suburbs for cakes, cupcakes, dessert cups and macarons in Melbourne. We cannot ship those items. Pick up is free from Bulleen. Please contact us for cake, cupcakes, dessert cups and macarons delivery to Eastern suburbs and delivery fees. Please make sure you give your the right address and that someone is available to accept delivery.
Our cookies and cookies gift boxes can be shipped by post or courier.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide us with the correct delivery address when ordering. If we are unable to deliver your order because you have given us a wrong address or delivery information is missing and/or it is unsafe for our driver to leave your order, you will need to pay a re-delivery fee. In the case where you have given us a wrong address and your item has been delivered, we will not resend the item. It will be deemed delivered. Once shipped, it is out of our hands and we are unable to change the address.

In the case of cupcakes and dessert cups, if we are unable to deliver, we will need to dispose of them and we will need to re-bake a fresh batch for you. This means you will need to pay for the cupcakes and dessert cups again.
​
If your order is being sent to an office/hospital/apartment building, it is your responsibility to make sure that reception or someone is able to accept your order.

Taking Care of Your Cake, Cupcakes, Dessert Cups, Macarons, Cookies and other items
​
In the case of pick ups, please ensure that the person who picks up arrives with the right kind of vehicle with enough space for the cakes, cupcakes, and any other items ordered. We recommend a flat area like the floor or the boot with a non-slip mat, and no objects around the cake, cupcakes, cookies, and other items for transportation. We do not recommend transporting on passenger seats. In hot weather conditions, please keep the airconditioner on in the vehicle. Please keep the cupcakes, macarons and dessert cups in the fridge until ready to serve.

If you need to lift the cake, cupcakes, and other items please keep them level. In no case, should you tilt the boxes as the decorations may fall and be damaged. If the cake or any other products purchased from us are damaged while in your care, if possible, we may try to repair it for a fee.
​
In case of delivery and set ups, although every possible care will be taken with the delivery and set ups, once delivered the products becomes the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held liable for any damages to the cakes or other products once they are in the care of the customer and/or venues.

How Do I Store My Cake and Cupcakes?
​
Cake With Sugar Decorations and Figurines.
​
Keep the cake away from sunlight and from any source of heat at all times. Keep in a cool and dry area. Do not put in the fridge. Some decorations are not edible as they are used to decorate the cake like plastic decoration, ribbons etc. Do NOT eat the figurines or 3D decorations as we may have used internal support inside to create it.
​
After the party, you can store the cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or keep frozen for up to 3 months. Note that fondant icing and sugar decorations and figurines may be damaged by moisture even if they are kept in an airtight container and that the colours will also fade over time.
​
Cupcakes
All cupcakes need to be stored in a fridge between 0-4 degrees Celcius at all times. We recommend taking the cupcakes out of the fridge to bring to room temperature 15-30mins before serving. Our cupcakes will store well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
However, if they have been left at room temperature for more than 4hrs, we recommend discarding them to avoid food contamination. But, as we say, fresh is best.

How do I store my Cookies, Chocolate, Donuts, Mini Cakes, Macarons, Dessert Cups, Mini Cheesecakes?

Cookies

All cookies will be packaged individually and sealed for freshness. They will still be yummy for around 4weeks.

If they have been unwrapped, please consume as soon as possible.

Please keep away from source of heat and store in cool dry place.
Chocolate

Please keep away from source of heat and store in cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Note that heat or sunlight may damage the chocolate. Please keep them in an airconditioned room if the weather is above 25deg.
Mini Donuts, Mini Cakes

Please keep away from source of heat and store in cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Please store in an airtight container after the party.
Macarons, Dessert Cups and Mini Cheesecakes

All macarons, dessert cups and mini cheesecakes need to be stored in a fridge between 0-4 degrees Celcius. We recommend to take them out of the fridge to bring to room temperature 15-30mins before serving. If they have been left at room temperature for more than 4hrs, we recommend discarding them to avoid food contamination.
Once cakes, cupcakes and any other items have been picked up or delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to store and treat the items with care. All our creations must be kept away from any source of heat and sunlight.

Allergies
​
ALL our products COULD contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, and lactose as they are the main ingredients we use for baking in our kitchen. It is the responsibility of customers to inform their guests that traces of nuts, eggs, lactose and gluten COULD be present in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer nut free, gluten free, egg free, lactose free and vegan products at this point. We are working on this for the future.

Creative Freedom and Party with Theme
​
All our creations are hand made and therefore no two creations are alike even if we are repeating a design. Please understand that there might be slight variances from what you see in pictures. We also reserve the right to make any alterations to the design as we see fit when we are producing your creations. We will contact you in the case of major changes.
We understand that you have a party theme and although you have sent us pictures of your theme, there may be colour variances as different computer screens or mobile phones will show different colour tones. We will not be held liable if the colours are not exactly the same as your party theme. We will do our best to match the colour theme as close as we can.
Non-Payment
​
Non-payment of invoices with final notices will be sent to a debt collector agency, tribunal or magistrate's court. All fees and charges for the debt collector service or any legal proceedings that arises due to non payment of invoices will be at your expense.

Disclosure of Information
​
We collect personal information such as your name, address, email, contact number and credit card details solely for the purpose of taking your order and communicating with you in regards to your order or for delivery purposes. We will not disclose our customers' personal information to any company unless you authorised us to do so or required by law.
